I'm Sarah!

Born and raised in Texas, it is only natural that I LOVE horses! This is an exciting time in my life - photographing horses in the way that I have always wanted to capture their beauty and strength. I'm very used to photographing people, and that officially began in 2016.

I became a combat photographer in the Marine Corps. Documenting Marines and Sailors was my job, but I knew I wanted to do more with my skills and talent. I started to take portraits of my friends and roommates, their families, and babies. After serving almost 8 years, my career in the military ended in 2023. New adventures were on the horizon! While I attended school for a marketing degree, I was able to dip my toes into wedding photography, but found out it really isn't for me.

Before I gave birth to my second child, I had the amazing privilege to photograph a beautiful horse and his riders on my own rural Virginia property. It finally clicked: this is what I want to do - equestrian photography!

It makes sense - ever since I was a little girl, I have always been intrigued by these magnificent creatures, hoping to own one someday and share that love of horses with my children.

It gives me great pleasure to photograph you and your horse. The amount of joy it brings is absolutely immeasurable.
